On the Featureless Registration of Differently Exposed Images

s paper emphasizes the importance of aneously performing joint spatial and tonal ation when dealing with differently exposed s. This is supported by analyzing an example only jointly simultaneous registration provides rrect result. The registration approach utilizes an ive function that minimizes the sum of the tive variance over pixels of a global coordinate This allows for the pair-wise or simultaneous ation of images.
